DIRECT FREIGHT EXPRESS

Please note: Your order will not be delivered to an unattended address.

Direct Freight Express will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot.

You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

BOATER  recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any redeliver delays and/or fees.

DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY TIME OF ORDERS

BOATER will dispatch your order on the same day

DIRECT FREIGHT EXPRESS will deliver your order between 1 -7 business days depending on your delivery location.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday only.

DELIVERY TO A PO BOX

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box or a Locked bag

REMOTE LOCATIONS & ISLANDS

Some Remote Locations and Islands may not be serviced by standard delivery and an addition shipping charge may be incurred.

If this is the case, we will contact you and advise you of any addition charge there may be.
